Extraordinary nonprofit - Recensione dipendente - Vice President of Policy and Advocacy presso Catalyst Miami

Catalyst has a good work culture. Good non-profit. Kind coworkers and excellent leadership. Good place to grows at. I worked contract so I don’t know about the benefits for anything.

It pays better than average for a non-profit but it could still be better.

Catalyst Miami is an amazing company that provides opportunities for growth. Catalyst Miami prides itself on inclusivity, collaboration, and empowerment. The work schedule is extremely flexible and creates a great work-life balance. Prior to working at Catalyst, I had never worked for a company who actively collects feedback and input from staff to improve the overall employee experience. You are encouraged to share ideas and you feel as if your concerns are heard. Furthermore, Catalyst Miami has wonderful programs that uplift communities. Catalyst Miami continues to strive for change and creates opportunities for vulnerable and marginalized populations to thrive. I have gained so much knowledge in my time spent at this organization. I am forever grateful for time I spent at Catalyst Miami.

My only complaint was the commute to work, but this was prior to Catalyst Miami offering remote opportunities.
