The first admin was disengaged from elementary, and the two that followed were actively harmful to morale—micromanaging, making harsh assumptions without classroom observations, and leading with fear rather than collaboration. * Teachers are not valued professionally or personally. Loyalty, transparency, and respect are consistently absent. * The culture is top-down, punitive, and devoid of genuine care for staff well-being or student-centered leadership. * Students are often treated harshly, and empathy is lacking in how discipline and relationships are handled by admin.
