They invest in their people & allow the team to grow. Catapult has allowed me to hold a lot of roles on project work. Our team really understands what it takes to and helps mentor staff to become consultants in the ERP space.

Onboarding and HR could be improved. It takes a bit to navigate how Catapult does things and this could be part of an HR role.

Most of the executives, managers and co-works are very nice and friendly.

Can be tough to determine upward mobility and path to promotion
