IF you can get the hours, the pay can be decent

The whole experience was a joke. I applied on a Wed night and was working by Friday morning. Drug test was completed on site and by oral swab so any smokers might want to take a few days off if you plan on applying. The website says 12 hr/day 7 days/week when a storm hits but by the third day we were sent home after 3 hrs. Also, received a week's worth of training in two days then put on the phones where you're told to "own it". If you ask for help too often they may let you go early. This is truly a DAY to DAY position meaning if people aren't calling in for claims your hours are cut immediately then they'll decide to bring you back the next day. Your job literally depends not only if a major storm/event hits, but WHERE. If you need a quick job for a week or two this may work but don't come in expecting a full time job for months or you'll be extremely disappointed.
