Good Pay & Overtime Opportunities: The base pay is solid, and there's plenty of overtime available for those who want to earn more. Clean & Organized Environment: The workplace is clean, with well-structured walkways and good 5S practices in place. Open to Suggestions: Managers are usually open to hearing suggestions for improvements, which makes employees feel involved.
