10yOur aim is to provide a great experience for every member of our team. We believe we are a friendly, informal team and a supportive employer. Sometimes things can go wrong and when they do, we’ll always work hard to put them right.
We believe that it is up to every single member of staff to create and sustain a place of work where everyone is treated with respect and everyone who joins the company is taken through our employee handbook that explains our company values. We expect this of all our managers. If anyone at Cath Kidston feels that they aren’t being supported, or things are happening, which they are uncomfortable with, we encourage them to speak to a more senior manager, directly to the HR team or call the Employee Assistance Programme we provide free for all employees.
In common with many retailers, we make it clear to our team that their bags may be inspected on leaving the store. We make sure that searches are conducted fairly and that we undertake them sensitively and discreetly.
