After an extensive job search, I chose to work at Cathedral Square because of their mission and commitment to supporting their staff's work-life balance. The benefits are great, and I appreciate how much the leadership team prioritizes staff well-being. I also love knowing that I'm making a difference and am impressed with our CEO's commitment to innovation within our sector. She is always looking for new and better ways to support our residents/participants to thrive. And I have met so many wonderful people since starting here -- both residents, employees, and our board members. It is a great organization!

Strong management teams that work hard to uphold the mission and vision of the organization.

Such a great organization-from my perspective the cons to working here are very personal and depends on individual goals and plans. Not a big potential for growth or moving up the career ladder for more than a handful of individuals.
