There has been a lot of turnover recently.

Catholic Financial Life boasts a culture of growth and caring. It is clear that the organization is growing and wanting to grow even more. In addition to enhancements in processes and technology, the focus on growth is reflected in the commitment to employee communications, investments in employee education, and the ability to advance along a career path or work cross-functionally. The atmosphere is very open and friendly which makes communication easy. Fellow employees take their jobs seriously and the well-being of members (policyholders) personally. The size of the organization allows employees to grow int heir roles and take on new or more complex projects.

Although managers work with employees to be flexible on schedules, the organization has not ventured in to the telecommuting space.
