They went through a reorganization process in 2022. I've heard about bad reorganization processes at other organizations, but at this one they did a lot of research and analysis and were trying hard to make the organization better.

I heard complaints about a disorganized culture when I was there. It was best for people who are relatively flexible, independent and self-motivated and could handle some day to day uncertainty.

I love the work I do and believe in the mission. Great colleagues. Fully remote. Very flexible. Great work life balance

Extremely incompetent management. Almost none from non-profit backgrounds, they don't know what they are doing. We have been in a deficit for 6 years and there is no accountability for the ED. The union has been trying to negotiate their first contract for 5 years. No real opportunities for advancement.
