Literally none. The product is my least favorite of any food company I’ve worked for. So even free product wasn’t a perk. Not that they gave much. You get coupon book lol.

Leadership only cares about themselves and their own success. Not even about the company’s success. Just theirs.
They encourage you to speak up and speak out, try new things, ask questions - but then tear you down and speak down to you
Don’t think about asking for help or getting feedback on how to grow or work better with others to improve your skill set - they will put you on a PIP then fire you, even though they said “you improved on everything we asked, we just don’t have the time or resources to help you improve your skill set”. Leadership - it’s your JOB to help your associates improve their skill set.
