- Transparency is a core value but not something that is actually acted on by leadership - Extremely high turnover - Little to no mentorship/ growth nurture - Culture is really lack luster. Company retreats have been great but the day to day culture is pretty bleak - Decision making from leadership is all over the place. Feels disorganized - Leadership is not empathetic. Seem to look at employees as numbers instead of people.
