No one knows what they're doing. Anyone can be hired.

- Healthcare was mediocre at best. Paid a lot for simple procedures. - Company didn't have a Health Savings Account until 2023. Much later than most companies. In general, the Cavaliers are not modern with their approach to benefits. - Everyone gossips, and no one got there with talent or skill. Everyone just waited till someone left or got fired, and they got promoted. So often times, presentations seem like an 8th grade presentation. People having no experience and tons of stage freight. Everyone is pretending daily to know what they're doing. - No diversity. Micromanaging everyone in every floor. No one there really likes being there, expect for game days. Everyone gossips. - Only people with families get promoted. They want to make sure you don't have a reason to leave, as it will impact your family financially. - Not much happens in the summer. The city is empty, ghostly. Everyone spends most of their time cleaning their emails. Felt like they purchased my youth to keep me in a ghostly office all summer. It was depressing at best. - Terrible culture among leaders and employees. Again, no respect. Everyone gossips about another. It was shocking to see, as the new person incoming. They will treat you like this is your first job ever, not as someone with extensive work history. Lots of egos around.
