      Terrible pay 7.25 most of the year, until 3 peak months you make commission They never pay overtime, they will cut your hours to exactly 40hrs Mostly only seasonal people so people are hired and fired within a month Managers get paid 100K plus, around 5000 a year in free clothes boots and trips and we can't even get a quarter raise.

      Get ready for no work life balance because everything is a fire drill. People will call you when you’re on PTO. They don’t care. The culture set by the CFO and VP are toxic. Also there are manual processes everywhere. Avoid this place if you value your sanity.
