H1b harrasment - Recensione dipendente - Operations presso Cavirin

H1b harrasment by senior management, no raise from last 3 years. Misuse of visa, not treating same with H1 as compared to citizens. Less pay more work for H1(14 hours per day and weekends also) and not with citizens. From last 2 years, no new client, previous clients didn't renew license. Worst part ifs cfo attends engineering meetings which is a joke. :) I was under tremendous stress with this management of 2 people. Finally I am out.
