Obliterated my mental health. Consistent burnout of all team members because of understaffing, severe lack of infrastructure, reasonable adjustments not made for other team members that needed them, lack of communication from upper management, especially when asked for, little effort to understand contractual obligations, incredibly performative town hall meetings all based around 'ringing the bell' and sales. Massively understaffed, no-one listens to any technical opinion, products are buggy and churn rate of staff means no knowledge is retained in-company. Zero training offered, support team worked out of their minds, DevOps at a loss, multiple members of staff that have had to go off on long-term sick leave as a result of crazy level of micromanagement, HR under-educated (i.e. US-centric) and defensive, seem to make redundancies every year after outsourcing and burning out teams and roles.
