management could improve little more appraisal sometimes pressure training on latest tech to implement

Great co-workers and my direct supervisor was great and coworkers were supportive. Relatively decent benefits. Allowed a hybrid work schedule.

Upper management is out of touch with what's going on by choice. My department was OJT for the most part, but the job aids were greatly lacking. The system issues were common impacting our ability to get things done. Promotions are not based on performance.
