      - huge level of incompetency among senior management - incredibly toxic work environment, which has resulted in a very high turnaround of employees in already tiny NY office - lack of training about the product (which is pretty weak and has no USPs) - processes are non-existent - lack of direction and strategy for the product - complete lack of trust in employees

The company is a super fast growing tech startup that only around for 2 years and already has a great reputation in the ad-tech world (+70 employees in 3 offices around the world). Great minds in Cedato, and a lot of things to learn.
