Great communication, honest, good pay,

Can be a bit annoying when it comes to overtime

They gave me an opportunity to break into an industry with no prior experience in the exact field. Their recognition for seeing talent is far beyond what I expected. Their desire to help you get to work is fantastic, they fronted me money to get settled in the new area.

They have a tendancy to let you sit in the current position without offering promotions. The pay is below market rate but still acceptable. They have some great resources within the organization but have more people with just a "job".
