cafeteria food is decent. co-workers make the day go by faster and can be nice

horrible pay, management micro manages everything, pay is very low! call center employees are forced to work in other departments constantly with lesser pay. you can't go to a manager and complain about things going on out of fear of being an outcast. management is oblivious to problems and issues going on throughout each department. office morale is terrible which is why there is such a high turnover rate
