      Thank you for your 4* review - I was encouraged to read that you felt that there was a lot to learn and that you were part of a great team - this is one of the consistent Pros we see in reviews. I was however, concerned that your advice to management was to care for our employees more. I feel that we strive to ensure all employees feel part of the team and that their well being is important.       Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators. Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
