      Expect to work on average 50 hours a week. Because position is salaried you aren't payed for overtime and base pay isn't much for how many hours you can work.

The Study Manager role is one that does experience fluctuations in working hours, based on study volume, which can lead to the group working above a ‘standard 40 hour week’ on occasions.       Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators. Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
