      You learn a lot of things and you get to practice your craft via their ever changing tactics. If you want, you can also learn some nifty skills geared towards ecommerce. Every one that i have worked with here is approachable. I never have any problems that they didn't offer helpful guidance. They listen to what you say because they know you are the one doing the work.

      Sometimes, task can become repetitive. And since it is not a very large company, you are expected to carry your own weight. Sometimes there are some tasks unrelated to your position. But these cant be helped as there are some work that has very strict deadlines.
