I’ve had a genuinely positive experience over the last two years. Leadership is supportive, fair, and creates a strong sense of direction while still being approachable. The company has evolved a lot, with clear structure and a very organised senior management team now in place. The work is high level and exciting, with projects across London, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and Vienna, including new hotel developments. The standard is high, which allows for real creative input and growth as a designer. There is a strong team culture, and the company is making real efforts to improve the working environment, including a new office with breakout areas and even a small gym. Overall, it feels like being part of something growing and ambitious.

The environment can feel intense at times, especially during periods of implementing new processes and structure. High standards are expected, and the pace may not suit everyone. Lunch is set at a statutory 30 minutes, which might feel restrictive, although in reality, there is flexibility if discussed in advance.

I’ve been with the company for two years which has given me a great perspective on how much the business has evolved and grown during that time. One of the things that has always stood out to me is the warmth of the company culture. It’s a close-knit team where people genuinely care about one another, and that makes a huge difference day to day. Noor has always been incredibly supportive and approachable, and she truly cares about the people in the business. Like any workplace, there are small challenges. The office is open-plan, so occasionally it can be difficult to concentrate when there’s a lot of conversation happening around you. That said, the team is very respectful and mindful of keeping noise levels down when needed. The company has also invested a lot in improving the working environment. We now have a dedicated breakout space and our own gym, which has made the office feel even more enjoyable and balanced. The business itself feels like it’s in a really strong place now. The leadership team has brought in very experienced senior hires, which has strengthened the company and given everyone clearer direction and structure. Processes are far more refined, and there’s a strong sense of purpose across the team. What I’m most proud of is the quality of the work we produce. There’s a real focus on creativity and originality, and we constantly push ourselves to make every project unique rather than following trends. That’s something the whole team genuinely takes pride in. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here and feel lucky to have been part of the journey over the past two years. I’ve always felt supported and looked after, and I can genuinely see my future with the company and the team we’ve built. I love the office, the people, and the culture. The support and genuine care within the company is something that’s hard to find elsewhere. Work isn’t just about the job itself — it’s about the atmosphere you create around it — and this company has built an environment that feels positive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
