For someone who wants to learn and grow beyond being a lab assistant, this definitely is a great time to work for this company.

Great place to work for motivated engaged pathologists and support staffs who want to have influence over the process and product and to provide great patient care.

      The benefits work for me . I can get FSA for dependent care and coverage for my kids with a high deductible coverage plan. Steady work but decent pay

      The raises are not too high. Previous year I had a 2.5 percent raise. Its a departmental percent and distribution within the employees.
