A great group of co-workers that have passion for the healthcare industry. Working with some of the largest home health providers. Flexibility pre-Covid on working from home. Meeting free zone during the lunch hours to take care of family if necessary. A strong emphasis on taking care of yourself.

Having a lot of good ideas, but not quite finishing them prior to starting the next great thing. Need to focus and finish features even if it takes longer than expected.

Remote work, great leadership. The solution we build helps a lot of elderly population.

The pay is below industry standard. The technology is not modern in the application i was working at.
