It's refreshing to work somewhere that the most sensitive conversations reflect the values promoted in marketing. We have an environment of transparency and growth where I can talk to my manager about my career goals safely and get support. It's fast-paced and high energy with a lot of collaboration and team effort. Staffing and consulting can be a ride so it's fun to work with people who share the same enthusiasm.
