- Generally only hire experienced professionals
- Decent working environment and office location

- UK Management are ok. Corporate is definitely not, and the relationship between the two can be tricky as a result
- The overwhelming focus on keeping headcount down means key functions either don't exist or are very underresourced. For a business with the revenue it has its very small. It also means limited opportunities for career development past entry level.
- Lack of medium-term vision and strategy; priorities change every month.
- Highly tense environment due to continuous changes and reorganizations for the past three years.
