The training was extensive and hands on. The managers are in the office on the daily basis and are very encouraging. While asking any questions, ive never been made to feel inadequate. They have been supportive and a very positive Work environment!

Things are constantly being upgraded with new software and or devices, but with that, they make sure we are prepared with the correct information and tools we need in order to succeed with flying colors.

Work environment is very good, satisfying work and ability to ask questions to learn. Small team that serves many AT&T stores. Location is amazing, right on the water. Family atmosphere and problem solving from upper management is demonstrated often.

Pay for amount of work preformed. The delegation of tasks make it clear they could benefit from having another person in the office. Communication can lack sometimes, but is addressed.
