There is good money to make here for a relatively easy job. If you can only focus on you, and not everything else you will do fine here. Also the management I was under was great, for the most part.

100% commission. This and they have a "programming and setup fee" that you don't have to charge, but you're strongly encouraged to. In a day and age when phones program and set themselves up upon unboxing, it felt unethical to charge it, so a lot of the times I didn't. I lost a lot of money because of that. Others would charge the fee when they didn't do anything. Also you are charged back on something a customer deactivates 6 MONTHS after they buy it! 100% of what you made. So even though the company still made a little money, you lose 100% of what you made. That's absurd. Also if someone stole something at the store and you didn't know about it, they would charge you back for the missing item if you worked that day. Lastly the culture. Holy smokes this was my #1 reason for leaving. 100% commission caused a lot of bad culture in the workplace. Fights would constantly break out about what customer should've been who's, if someone was down in their month then everybody had to know about it and they would bring everybody else down. My coworkers would talk very demeaning towards women, management knew about it, but never did anything because they hit their sale numbers. Just bad culture. In summary The programming and setup fee, charge backs, and culture was the reason I left here, and I will never go back unless they change those things. They say there is a work/life balance, but there isn't. I would constantly have to cover shifts that others wouldn't, resulting in me working many doubles, and 6 days a week. When you work extra, what happens is that can make your average of sales to hours worked go down, which results in you not being able to move up, or even having to go to extra training out of town, even though you might have worked harder than everybody else. Also pay is 3 months behind which was kinda nice because after I quit I kept getting massive checks, but it sucked when I worked there because I didn't really make a lot.
