Having recently joined Celonis, I can honestly say this is the most exciting, collaborative and fast-paced environment I've ever worked in. Despite joining during lockdown, I have experienced an incredible on-boarding experience and already feel like a fully integrated team member and cannot wait until we can actually meet face-to-face. I'm absolutely loving life at Celonis, it is by far the most friendly and driven environment I've ever experienced. The calibre of all Celonauts is outstanding and it is an absolute pleasure to work with such a bunch of sharp, intelligent and friendly people. Everyone is genuinely motivated in their role and always happy to give you time in their (very busy!) day. As an employee, I genuinely feel valued for my contributions and hard work and it is refreshing to work for an employer who truly recognises this and rewards all employees with lovely benefits such as additional holidays during these challenging times. And all being driven by the Celonis Execution Management System, which is clearly a world-class, market-leading solution making Celonis one of the fastest growing SaaS start-ups ever. Being in hyper-growth mode, one of the most exciting things about Celonis is the extremely fast-paced environment and working in Talent Acquisition, I can understand that this pace may not excite everyone. But if you are looking for your next 'rocketship', Celonis is an amazing place to be!
