The Celonis workforce is growing exponentially and the customer base and revenue is too. 3. Amazing People/Culture -- Celonis has doubled down on hiring incredible talent to drive growth. The values are focused on driving customer value, accountability, sustainability and building the absolute best teams to win.

      1. Exponential growth requires flexibility, creativity, adaptability and patience -- as the company grows/evolves so do the adjacent technologies and tools needed to support that growth. This can be challenging for people who do not do well with rapid change.

There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
