Dynamic leaders that built teams, processes, and positive cultures have been demoted or have left outright to be replaced by leaders from outside firms to check boxes for an IPO. Many of these leaders attempt to apply the culture (generally focused on lots of work) and the processes they know without much consideration to what is working well already or in many cases even how the technology works.
This scenario has happened across the company in various functions and levels.
Specifically in the CVA group, new leaders are aloof to their people and completely focused on managing up. There is no sense of how to build positive culture, remove barriers for employees, or enable growth opportunities
