Good product in theory, benefits like WFH and unlimited PTO used to be good.

Svantaggi

Poor leadership, huge GTM layoffs in August '23 and February '24. Poor financials in North America and non-existent transparency around financials. Long sales cycle of 12-18 months, but change territories every 6 months. We've been "going public in ~2 years" for as long as anyone can remember. Keep looking...

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Svantaggi

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
