People, office culture are top tier.

There is a lot to love about Celonis - the people, the office culture, and product. But as much as you want the company to succeed, executive management (i'm talking about right from the very top) prevents you from doing the right thing. Lots of micromanaging, and nepotism. Frustrating to work with, and at the end of the day, you feel like you have no say over your output.

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
