Free Tanning, closes early on weekends so you're never stuck working too late.

-management talks to you like they would a 5 year old. If you value being treated like an adult with an education, do not work here. -You will be regularly schedule 9 hour shifts with no lunch break because you are the only key holder on staff that day. -No vacation time or sick time available. -It is very hard to receive full commission in the down season as the salons are very slow. -Everything that gets fixed is always a temporary fix. Nothing is fixed the right way. Corporate is very cheap. -schedules often come out only days before the schedule dates. Example schedule for week starting Sunday comes out Monday at the earliest (6 days in advance).
