There is a lot of people who are dedicated to what they do, reliable in getting work done, but still able to have fun and unload while not losing focus. The people make development at Centene fun, and the work can be fun with the different and ever changing environments being worked on.

The work can be frustrating because of the ever changing environment. Between that and the way security is ran, there is a lot of inefficiencies with no way around them. A project could be a sprint away from a demo and the team could be completely rearranged with only one person left on the team and everyone else thrown on other teams. The fact that the work is always fresh is fun for a few months, then it becomes a chore. Besides the hectic environmental changes, there are many things that can be frustrating such as development constraints with an ever increasing security footprint. The security is great when it doesn't interfere with coding, but when a developer cannot access github issues due to a new security incentive, it gets frustrating.
