I make my own schedule, the staff is very helpful. The training and updates are online. The people that I help are very greatful.

I wish I had more time to do it.

It is a volunteer organization that helps those less fortunate to fill out their tax returns. It is very rewarding when you hear from those that you are helping and how grateful they are for the help.

I can't say that I experienced any downsides in my experience with the CEP. I met some very nice people that were my coworkers and those in charge. They had some well put together training seminars and took the time to train properly.
