You get to meet a lot of people due to high turnover which is kind of good for networking

Holy bananas, they don’t know how to prioritize time, unless they want to make time to complain. Program partners know it’s a joke so it’s harder to find opportunities. Really lacking impact. Very strange racial undertones on a lot of decisions. Very clearly ran by a privileged white woman
