Company / Upper Management does not recognize employees exemplary work. Company has a slave mentality. Your just a number, and there is someone in line ready to replace you at a moments notice in case you loose your value to them. Working her is a popularity contest. If your "in" you will do well. If your not they will have divide and conquer mentality. Not much room for growth. Medical Insurance costs is atrocious and not at all affordable. Also, positive reviews are requested on a very regular basis, so be wary when reading positive reviews.
