Awesome people, awesome environment, great chance to push yourself and become a better version of you.

Sometimes directions come at you quick and you need to role with the punches and have solutions yesterday.

The team is really, truly great. There is a sense of camaraderie, but this could be due to everyone feeling like they are all on the same sinking ship, with basically the same complaint.....and that is singular.

The owner has given "the keys" to someone who is grossly inexperienced, practically and emotionally, to handle the job. The result is a veryveryvery near-sighted management style, which is being generous, that leaves everyone wondering wtf most of the time. Can you spell ka-ra-zy? They know something is wrong and instead of being able to identify The Problem, they hire and fire consultants who they don't take the advice of anyway.
