Supportive staff (team) Flexible time.

Community mental health can be stressful, part of the role. Not a reflection of the organization but the field we work in. However, heavy requirement on formal assessments; need more focus on direct care rather than a "marker".

Great working environment for a community mental health clinic. Management is really supportive.

The pay is not as great.
