      Way behind on anything technology related. Very rigid with little flexibility on policy, new ideas, or anything outside their normal pattern.

      Thank you for your feedback. Technology and finding new efficiencies for our associates it very important to us. We truly value ideas and feedback. The silver lining of working through the new normal of COVID-19 is that we have found many new ways to work flexibly. These new updates have had quite a positive impact on our associates.
