      1. Flat hierarchy is just show off. No flat hierarchy at all. 2. No roles and responsibilities are defined. No proper process. You can get any task to do. 3. Not much learning opportunities. 4. No proper performance is measured. If you are good with manager n say yes to everything which manger says then you will get good hike and appreciation

      Great company, very understanding, there are lots to learn but give you ample time and benefits.

      I can't really find many cons, I would say moving up in the company is very hard as it is a mostly flat company structure.
