Remote, flexible, employees were very kind

Salary was kind of on the low side

Honestly the only pro I can think of is the people I work WITH, they help make it some what bareable.

This list could go on forever! I've never in my life seen such unprofessional, unorganized, dishonest management in my life. When was interviewing was told that there was only one rate they start at, and can only make more if bi-lingual, but then find out a friend who started after me makes over $2 more an hour then me. The management plays the favoritism game BIG time letting one employee get away with not coming in for days, or weeks, at a time with no points or negative consequences, while another gets points for being 4 minute late to a shift. They're constantly sending people home when it's slow so even if you're scheduled a full 40 hours you're lucky to get 25. The management does not care at all about their employees at all, even going so far as to "sabotage" employees they don't like, and even spreading lies about some, as if the work place was a high school.court yard. I really could go on and on, I've never seen such a drama filled horrible mess as I've seen here.
