      Tasks become time consuming due to lack of The company finding innovative and efficient ways, for completing some tasks. Poor work/life balance Job is 40+ hours but only get paid for 40 hours. No Tuition reimbursement, and slim chance for advancement. Safety of staff is at times not valued
