Small work environment (for some, it’s not a comfortable place to be) but there are more efficiencies; lots of exposure to all aspects of agency process, which is a great way to understand how an agency runs (on a smaller scale).

Processes from corporate can be restricting and complicated, but every place has their flaws.

Everything's done remotely. A few of the employees are nice.

Canceled a rolling monthly MoM contract day-of halfway through the month out of nowhere after six months of nothing but positive feedback. Completely unprofessional. This is in addition to expecting full-time, around-the-clock availability for part-time pay. They want everything, and they want to pay for nothing. Avoid them like the plague.
