The hours are flexible and there is a good culture of learning, collaboration and honesty in the company.

The workload can be high at times, and the structure of the company means that a lot of responsibility is given to all employees in terms of improving process and workflow. This can be rewarding but is mostly a burden when there is outstanding development work to be done.

I worked for Centuri Analytics for a period of time. It was a great company to work for. CEO is honest and really engaging. The company has built up a great reputation with its customers is highly respected in its field. The team when I left the company was really motivated in solving Healthcare related issues. Like any small/medium sized company... the flexibility is there to meet customers requirements with what ever toolset the developer would see necessary. Latest development environments and toolchains are put to good use here!

The process of developing Health informatic software from scratch may not appeal to all. But for me, it was certainly interesting.
