-Management was disorganized -Management did not care about their employees (overworked with no pay for extra hours on an hourly wage; asked to complete tasks not approved in employee contract; no concern for employee time outside of scheduled hours, expected to work whenever Management got in touch, even if it was the same day). -Head office management considered all staff working on-site to be dispensable; middle management at Head Office would execute poorly communicated plans with little thought as to the long-term repercussions; all asset/property management ideas that failed were blamed on on-site staff, even though on-site staff were not consulted about the idea and were told to implement immediately; on-site staff also dealt with backlash from tenants from the decisions of middle management. -No leadership
