Incentives were bare minimum. Was on a raise freeze for years due to "economy". Too many micromanagers who feel their way is the right and only way. Like most banks, promote taking care of the "little guy" while charging ridiculous fees and charging those with "less than". Those who do great are looked upon as a threat and are forced out. Very questionable practices. Policies are implemented and only enforced to use against employees.
