Disorganize is an understatement in the test department. They have no technicians and the engineer fills both tech and design functions, a lady who is supposed to be a manager was completely micromanaging things, even asking the engineering not to isolate for Hipot failure, it was ridiculous as (YOU MUST ISOLATE) to find root cause. Connectors were not properly solder for some testing, wires everywhere connected to test fixtures with some being High voltage. Paper work and schematics randomly mix with other systems. The worst was the lady counting the minutes in which people used the bathroom!!!

Small company (I like small companies.)

Lots of yelling from several people in mangement - very uncomfortable environment. Video cameras mounted in production, engineering, break room which the owner constantly watches. (It's their perrogative.) People on official break time in the Break Room stand in the corner to avoid the camera. Supervisors come to workers saying management doesn't feel they're working fast enough. I feel sorry for my former co-workers. I tried to requisition an assembly to analyze the design, but was told I had to wait for one that failed, since $10 was too much to waste. I think the company is on the verge of closing.
